Who Wants to be a Plastic Surgeon? Sciton’s Resurfacing Challenge
Tam Communications developed this iOS app for our client Sciton Technologies to engage physicians in playful way in their booth at various trade shows. Doctors, who seem to be naturally competitive, can test their knowledge of resurfacing topics and trivia on iPads in the booth and then see on the scoreboard how they stack up against fellow dermatologists or plastic surgeons. A back-end database tracks their scores and is reset before each trade show. This fun app was based on the popular television show “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” and includes the ability for the doctor to poll the residents; narrow the clues; or ask the experts (high regarded colleagues). Sciton used the app at several trade shows over two plus years.
